About our Guest

Bobby Aitken
Bobby Aitken is Strategic Improvement Facilitator, who helps people and organisations to recognise their purpose and overcome any problems which impede their ability to achieve it.
A passionate problem solver from an early age he has dedicated his life to learning how to solve complex problems and then moved onto immersing himself in how to pass that knowledge onto others. He has applied this knowledge and experience into training and coaching leaders around the globe to deliver multi-millions of dollars in savings for their respective organisations.
His problem solving has evolved into a challenging (almost masochistic) tendency which has led him to achieve two master’s degrees (studied simultaneously) and he is currently on route to completing another two. Additionally, in 2013 he completed both half and full Iron-Men events, rode across Australia, and overcame his fear of heights to skydive from 14,000ft, all to raise money for children’s brain cancer research.
An avid introvert Bobby has been loving the recent excuse to stay home and enjoy extra-long huggles with his toddler daughter (who is growing up way too fast for his liking), watching ‘Bad Batch’ with his teenage son and relaxing with his wife of 21 years.
