Chris Bown
Chris Bown spent a 15 year career as a police officer and detective in Western Australia before recognising that something about the criminal legal system just wasn't working.
Thrive Integration was formed by Chris to make a difference in the alarming recidivism rate in Australia. The long-term goal at Thrive Integration is mentoring ex-prisoners who are becoming wholesome leaders. These leaders will mentor others within the Thrive community who are likely to re-offend and break the cycle of recidivism.
The three key areas Thrive Integration attempts to meet for those coming out of prison through its numerous relationships and agencies are, employment, community and purpose.
